方塊對決：刪除帳號與資料
你可以隨時刪除在「方塊對決」建立的帳號與伺服器上的相關資料。本頁說明兩種方式、會刪除哪些資料，以及哪些資料會保留多久。
一、在遊戲內直接刪除（即時）
- 開啟方塊對決，進入主畫面的玩家資訊面板（點你的頭像或暱稱）。
- 點「註銷這個帳號」。
- 確認提示後，帳號會立即刪除並自動登出。若你最近沒有登入過，系統會先要求你重新登入一次再刪除，以確認是你本人。
訪客帳號（沒有綁定 Google 或 Apple 的帳號）同樣可以用這個方式刪除。
二、無法開啟遊戲時，寫信申請
如果你已經解除安裝、換了裝置或無法登入，請寄信到 cfdsport19@gmail.com，主旨寫「方塊對決 刪除帳號」，並附上下列其中一項讓我們找到你的帳號：
- 你在遊戲內顯示的好友碼或玩家識別碼；或
- 你用來登入的 Google／Apple 帳號 email（Apple「隱藏我的電子郵件」的轉送信箱也可以）。
我們會在 30 天內完成刪除並回信確認。
三、刪除後會發生什麼
以下資料會從我們的伺服器永久刪除，無法復原：
- 帳號本體：暱稱、頭像、Google／Apple 登入綁定與 email。
- 雲端存檔、戰績、段位、排行榜紀錄、每日任務與簽到進度、體力。
- 錢包餘額（星鑽等虛擬貨幣）、已購買的造型與道具、商店訂單。已購買的虛擬商品不會退費，刪除前請先確認。
- 對戰與 PK 紀錄。
以下資料會以去識別化方式保留：
- 內購交易紀錄（平台、商品、交易編號、時間）：依會計與稅務法規保留，但會解除與你帳號的關聯。
- 伺服器存取日誌（IP、時間）：僅供維運與防濫用，短期內自動輪替刪除。
裝置上的本機資料（設定、離線進度）由你自行掌控，解除安裝 App 即清除。

Delete your Block Duel account (English)
Block Duel (方塊對決, package tw.easyai.blockfall) is developed by EasyAI. You can delete your account and associated server data at any time.
In the app: open the player info panel from the home screen, tap “Delete this account” and confirm. Deletion is immediate; you may be asked to sign in again first.
By email: if you can no longer open the app, email cfdsport19@gmail.com with the subject “Block Duel account deletion” and your in-game friend code or the Google/Apple email you signed in with. We complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted: your profile (nickname, avatar, sign-in identities and email), cloud saves, stats, rank, leaderboard entries, quest progress, wallet balance, purchased cosmetics and items (no refunds for consumed virtual goods), and match history. What is retained: in-app purchase transaction records are kept for accounting and tax purposes but unlinked from your account; server access logs are rotated after a short period.
