浣上不睡教：刪除帳號與資料
你可以隨時要求刪除「浣上不睡教」在我們伺服器上的帳號與相關資料。本頁說明怎麼申請、會刪除哪些資料，以及哪些資料會保留多久。
一、寫信申請
本遊戲目前沒有在 app 內刪除帳號的按鈕。請寄信到 cfdsport19@gmail.com，主旨寫「浣上不睡教 刪除帳號」，並附上你在遊戲內顯示的名稱（例如「浣熊#5182」，在主畫面的玩家面板與排行榜上看得到）。
因為本遊戲的帳號是用裝置自動建立的、沒有綁定電子郵件，顯示名稱是我們找到你帳號的唯一線索。若你已經解除安裝、想不起顯示名稱，請在信中說明大概的遊玩時間與最後的進度，我們會盡力協助比對。
我們會在 30 天內完成刪除並回信確認。
二、刪除後會發生什麼
以下資料會從我們的伺服器永久刪除，無法復原：
- 帳號本體：裝置識別碼與系統配給的顯示名稱。
- 雲端存檔：遊戲進度、等級與經驗、已完成的關卡與里程碑、選用的浣熊造型、教學完成旗標。
- 清醒值現況與每一場的扣點紀錄。
- 夜光幣餘額與每一筆收支紀錄、一次性開帳紀錄。
- 簽到天數、週與月獎勵的領取狀態、成就的累積次數與已領清單。
- 各曲目與總分的排行榜成績。
- 商店訂單與已取得的造型。
以下資料會以去識別化方式保留：
- 伺服器存取日誌（IP、時間）：僅供維運與防濫用，短期內自動輪替刪除。
本遊戲目前沒有真實的付費購買，因此沒有需要依會計與稅務法規保留的交易紀錄。日後開放付費購買後，這一節會更新。
三、裝置上的資料
音量與震動等偏好設定、K 歌首次說明的已讀標記、裝置識別碼與登入憑證只存在你的裝置上，由你自行掌控。解除安裝本遊戲即會清除，不需要另外申請。
要注意的是：解除安裝只清掉裝置上那一份，伺服器上的資料仍在，要依上面第一節申請才會刪除。

Delete your Raccoon Never Sleeps account (English)
Raccoon Never Sleeps (浣上不睡教, iOS tw.easyai.raccoon-never-sleep, Android tw.easyai.raccoon_never_sleep) is developed by EasyAI. You can request deletion of your account and associated server data at any time.
By email. There is currently no in-app delete button. Email cfdsport19@gmail.com with the subject “Raccoon Never Sleeps account deletion” and your in-game display name (for example “浣熊#5182”, shown on the home screen player panel and on leaderboards). Accounts are created automatically from a device identifier and are not linked to an email address, so the display name is the only way we can find yours. We complete the request within 30 days.
What is deleted: the account itself (device identifier and assigned display name), cloud save (progress, level and experience, completed levels and milestones, selected skin, tutorial flags), stamina balance and per-play deductions, coin balance and every transaction including the one-time opening-balance record, sign-in streak, weekly/monthly reward claims and achievement counters, leaderboard scores, shop orders and owned skins.
What is retained: server access logs (IP address, timestamp) for operations and abuse prevention, rotated after a short period. There are currently no real-money purchases, so there are no transaction records to retain for accounting or tax purposes; this section will be updated when paid purchases are enabled.
Device data. Volume and haptics preferences, the karaoke intro flag, the device identifier and the sign-in token live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not delete server data — use the email request above.
